At the Kandi Comer Golf Academy, we provide golf programs for adults and junior golfers of all skill levels. Our basic principle is to encourage all students to perform their best. This is accomplished by learning the proper fundamentals and developing solid practice strategies. Our instructors employ varied teaching methods to help students grasp the concepts and foster new understanding. In addition to the mechanical aspects, we employ video technologies to assist us in analyzing the swing and address the mental game so students can move beyond average and attain their true potential.

The K Vest is our newest generation of professional-level swing analysis and training systems. It integrates state of the art wireless technology with evaluation software providing the most advanced wireless instructional system on the market. Wearing the K-Vest yields an experience that allows us to capture the motion of your swing - both visually and graphically - analyzing that motion and then training you, using real-time biofeedback, to an improved stroke.

TOMI

Having trouble putting? Not sure what the proper stroke looks like or feels like? Get your putting stroke analyzed with the “Tomi” Putting System. The Tomi Putting system captures and times the motions of the putter in three-dimensional space, from backstroke to follow-through.
In real time the Tomi putting system will measure the following:

• Club alignment at address details
• Club alignment at impact
• Club path at impact
• Stroke path and club rotation
• Shaft angle at impact
• Impact spot on clubface
• Club speed at impact
• Stroke tempo

The system will help you understand your personal putting stroke and how the length, loft, lie and model will help to reduce your putts per round and ultimately lower your scores.

Swing Analysis Software

By permitting us to view, analyze, and diagnose faults with your swing simply and precisely, the uncertainty of mental images is eliminated when you see a physical picture of your swing. To assist us we use the software product V1 Golf.

Mental Game

By emphasizing the mental aspects of the game, a greater understanding of tendencies and improvement ideas can be developed.  We use and recommend The Mental Golf Workshop, a unique on-line profiling system dedicated to helping golfers and instructors improve the mental aspects of golf, from golf course management to shot selection theories.
